Bug Report>View problem

Hello!
I want to join to server, but when i log in i have forced view from the above (from sky). I can redirect my view with mouse but as i release right mouse button view comes back to sky high. I dont know how to fix it. Have not seen that kind of bug or error before. Client and patch is optimal. I want to play at Interlude x10 server.
